so no elections are called while voters are still standing in line waiting to cast their ballot. furthermore, extend the counting/collection process so the media cannot intervene or call elections early.
The electoral college voting system has served it's purpose in the past, however, it is clearly outdated and unfair to the American people (especially those states that have low values of electoral college votes)
