With advances in technology it is a simple matter to put voting power directly into the hands of the American people.
I propose a reform of the voting system with emphasis on giving each individual a voice instead of those few elected officials by providing a way for every American to be able to vote from their own or free use computers.
I propose a change requiring all new bills to be written not in "legalese", but in plain English which any layman can read and thoroughly understand and be posted with easy access for free on the internet.
Using this system, eliminate the electoral college, Senate and House representatives and instead use their sizable salaries to fund this proposed system reform with the excess going to pay down the national debt.
