Apparel Manufacturing businesses have to compete against Federal Prisons for Military apparel contracts because prisoners who are serving life sentences need canteen money. I am asking for signatures to stop Federal Prisons from taking jobs from hard working citizens. Prisoners who are serving life sentences do not deserve those jobs, they get 3 meals, tv, and some may even get computer privilleges. Aren't our tax dollars enough to support these prisoners?
