Reform the way we elect the President and Vice President of The United States to a Majority Rules Vote.

In this day and age of communication and travel we need to do away with the Electoral System. It is outdated and no longer serves the purpose it was created for. It only serves the 2 major parties to manipulate our votes to the outcome that they favor and to make the individual vote to become null and void. The voice of the majority of Americans is not being heard. Let's change this to serve the American citizens and not those in control of our government.
