We people petition the President of the United States to reform Welfare. Currently, Welfare is being provided hundreds of thousands of people across the United States. How many of them actually deserve it? I know for a fact that felons and a vast number of misdemeanants are being supported by tax dollars. Criminals getting a free ride on tax money. This is wrong and should be changed. Those people being supported by Welfare should have to submit to random and bi-weekly drug tests, as well as yearly background checks. They should also have to follow a set of guidelines to ensure the success of the program; guidelines that promote working. Too many people live of tax dollars; it's time for them to give back.
