Petition to compel the United States Government to institute a Federal Task Force to investigate fraud in the Welfare System in the United States to include the Food Stamp, Welfare and Medicaid programs. That it become a mandatory requirement that United States Citizenship be proven prior to receipt of Public Assistance, and that failure to provide such proof of Citizenship shall trigger a set temporary time period to file for legal status or face mandatory deportation. In addition, that the receipt of Food Stamps in any case be for a set time period of no longer than 1 year in which time, recipients between the ages of 21 through 62 shall seek and obtain proven gainful employment. Those with disabilities that abandon their ability to obtain gainful employment shall be excluded.
