Require drug testing for all welfare, food stamp, housing and SSI recipients. Get rid of the food stamp program as it is now and turn it into a pre-made food program. People would receive pre-made food/meals that are healthy. This would cut down on fraud and the problem with obesity in this great nation. Many people now who depend upon food stamps can not afford to purchase healthy meals. The government could also sell the pre-made food/meals to the public for profits if they wished.
