-Require drug testing for those applying for welfare with periodic check-ins to ensure they are staying drug free.
-Require check-ins to ensure they are attempting to find a job, unless the person is legitimately disabled and unable to physically or mentally maintain a job
-Make it so that EBT cards can ONLY be used at a very limited amount of stores on specific types of items and WILLY NOT be used at ATMs (example: only at Wal Mart for food items, toiletry items such as soap and deodorant, and baby items)
-Make any drug, alcohol, crime, or any other violation render a Welfare recipient ineligible to continue to receive welfare.
These will ensure that Welfare is only used to benefit those who truly need it in order to get by until they are able to get back on their feet.
