The US national debt on November 29, 2012 was more than 16 trillion dollars according to the US national debt clock. In America is that the welfare services in America are not evenly distributed. This debt plays a major part of how the government wants to spend their money. And major problem welfare is a major issue in America that has many people talking. This helps bring to question why welfare? Welfare was implemented in 1935 to help people be able to support their families during tough economic times. The truth is there are some Americans out there that do abuse the welfare system and there is a need for reform. This goes to show that now in America we need to get welfare money to the people that need it the most now more than ever.
