This petition is to reform the U.S. Welfare programs. Currently the programs are being abused and need reform to prevent miss appropriation of funding. By setting a 2 year time limit on welfare programs I believe it will place a sense of urgency to train or get educated for a job. This reform will help stop the abuse on welfare and back into the work force.
