Reform the welfare system! Give people an opportunity to EARN A LIVING!

Welfare and government aid has far over-reached what it was intended for. There needs to be total reform of the system. There are families that have survived on this system for YEARS. THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW! Benefits need to have a time limit and need to be reviewed every 6 months. I can buy a phone for use for $20 for several months, how much is the system paying for the "Obama phones?" GET OUT OF THE PHONE BUSINESS! People can get their own phones. Reform Medicaid. If a family has Medicaid and has two children, the female MUST BE sterilized after the birth of the second child, or get off Medicaid. The people of this country should not be paying for huge families that keep on growing.
