Reform the welfare system in the United States.

Created by J.M. on November 13, 2012

Part 1: Once a person is approved Welfare they are approved for the children that currently depend on them. They will NOT receive a "pay raise" every time they decide to become pregnant, adopt or expand their family. The amount of dependants that you have on the date of welfare approval is the amount of dependants that you will be paid for. This will be the amount until you are removed from Welfare.

Part 2: If approved Welfare, the period that you can receive this benefit will be extended for a period of no longer then 24 months. Beginning on the first date of approval. Welfare should no longer be considered a way of life. It should be an assistance tool to help "get back on your feet" and then you should be removed from this program.
