Reform Welfare

Created by B.B. on November 14, 2012

Bring back the Works Project Administration (WPA) that FDR created during the Great Depression for those unemployed and on welfare. Take the people that are on welfare (excluding the elderly, mental handicap, and those with legitimate physical disabilities) and put them to work improving our infrastructure while giving them minimum wage, a place to live, food, and healthcare.

This would not only address unemployment but also get our country up to date, while giving people experience and a skill set in a field of work.
