In order to infuse young people (especially those just out of college) into the work force in greater numbers and allow those who have been in the work force for decades to enjoy retirement while still in good health I propose the following: Permanently remove the cap on what employees and employers pay into Social Security, increase payouts to retirees and lower the retirement age to 55.
