Reforming the Higher Teaching system for a breakdown of the budget primarily directed towards Health insurance for all.

The burden of student loan is an impending concern for the US State. We have to move efforts and economize towards another area such as Health because Health is central concerns whatever the age of individuals. And thus, the State would have more margin budget to spread elsewhere. In other words, gifted students and only those belonging to the elite, if they wish not wasting their time for years on a university bench, this should allow them to present themselves a university examination in free candidature in order to graduate to the final exam without the need to follow the classic academic path. This reform should save money for the State and much time for students gifted !
