It is time to make a change and stand up for the injustice that is happening to people in this county. Police officers are NOT using their training correctly. They are shooting first and asking questions later. Officers should use their weapon to disable not kill a citizens. In order for a change to happen ALL officers will need to be retrained and the policies on a situation when one is killed while on patrol needs to be changed as well. They should NOT have paid administrative leave and should not be able to use paid vacation days and/or personal days to supplement their income. When they are charged a special prosecutor from another county or area should handle their case in order to ensure that it is a FAIR trial. As stated in the constitution. Officers should be held accountable.
