Those of us whose signatures appear below tender this petition for the relief of those tens of thousands of members of the Uniformed Services already impacted by, as well as those potentially vulnerable to, the Uniformed Services FormerSpouses Protection Act (USFSPA); Public Law 97-252; 10 USC 1408 et.seq.
This is unfair to the Veteran who has placed their life in harms way for their country, then loose up to 50% of there hard earned retirement payment to a former Spouse.
