We ask President Barrack Obama to refrain from cutting his hair until his Second term and President is over. He can style however he wants (afro, cornrows, dreadlocks, etc.) but must let it grow out. An exception may be made if he desires to get a high top fade, then he is allowed to get it cut and styled accordingly. It is our belief that President Obama would be a more effective leader if his hair was a bit more funky.
We also petition First Lady Michelle Obama to allow the president to do this.
