Notice is hereby given to the United States Government that we the undersigned, as peaceful, law abiding citizens, swear and affirm that, regardless of any punishment, we absolutely and positively refuse to obey any new law requiring us to register our guns. We further swear and affirm that we will not surrender any of our guns. Furthermore, any new legislation requiring the registration of our guns shall be deemed an act of war by the United States Government upon its own people.
