Refrain from using executive action to bypass Congress on Gun Control issues.

Created by J.S. on January 09, 2013

We ask that the administration not resort to unilateral action on the issue of Gun Control and the Second Amendment.

To use an Executive Order to implement controls is to admit that the people do not want this legislation. Any meaningful gun control reforms must go through the proper channels, with the people and their chosen representatives crafting any law that impacts our Constitutional rights.

It doesn't matter which side of the debate you fall on. An Executive Order is not a proper or acceptable response.
