refugee s rights

i am refuge in Turquey , i hav nt any rights not house ,not money, not health s care,
i feel like in prison, they are many companies play on my case
in algeria, there was telecmunıcation service , unıversity, offices.
here in turquey , ıt s writen in my residence not permit work, and ont money source, ı have one year here in the street without any help from my first registrement to today
