Sergey Tkachenko a victim the people of punitive psychiatry in Ukraine,since childhood was subjected 30years 1983-2014 psychotronic slavery,psychotronic terror,brutal physical and emotional violence,rape,torture,experiments psychotronic technology,psichotronic genocide,subjected to the study of the process of life virginboy,isolated from society,tried to persuade psychotronics to sex relations,10years 2003-2013 was illegally locked up as experimental rats.
For me a family home and country become concentration camp,science laboratory,psychiatric hospital and prison 1983-2014.
I ask for help from the Administration of U.S.President Barack Obama to consider the petition of refugee in USA for Sergey Tkachenko.
