As there are petitions for the States that wishing to Secede from the United States Of America to re-pay there of the National Debt, we into request a complete refund of the following;
1. Refund of any and all taxes collected from the citizens, corporations, States, etc to include fuel taxes, atf taxes, tobacco taxes, to be retroactive for last 4 years in this refund.
2. Refund to all citizens within these States a full and complete refund of all monies paid into social security, medicare, etc and any and all medical related taxes that have been collected br the I.R.S/ Federal Goverment
3. To transfer ownership of all land, property, equipment, to include any and all military bases and equipment to their propestive States where situated and/or located
