Petitioner requests that all legal immigrants from 1987 to current year be refunded all legal and filing fees for following the immigration law. It is further declared that time invested by said legal immigrants and/or their family members be compensated at a rate of no less than GS-5/Step 1. Further declared that monies refunded be exempted from tax collection.
President has refused to follow Article II, Section 3"he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed". President has decreed that the immigration law is broken and thus will not enforce it. President has opted to reward illegal immigrants with the treasure and resources of our nation over our own people.
It is further declared this if this administration is unbeholden to law, then so are we.
