Refund the NASA Space Program, beginning by launching Congress into the sun.

Many were shocked and disappointed by the cuts to the funding of the space program. This is a formal proposal to re-fund it, with the first mission being a brave and honorable expedition by all 535 legislators into the center of the sun. Further expeditions to the center of the sun could be crewed by individuals or parties such as the Supreme Court, the President and his office, and comedian Daniel Tosh.
