America as it stands is a good country, but we were at our best when we put man on the moon. That day will be remembered and is one of the greatest achievements of mankind. Now as our economy stands, NASA has been taken off funding and has stopped all development and testing of new space ships. This was an understandable decision, but NASA could accomplish great things. Landing on Mars, and potentially even colonizing it for humans. These may be rough times, but our achievements in space are ones to be remembered.
