Refund Taxpayer Wasted in Extraneous Litigation of Laws that are a Violation of the Law or are Unconstitutional...

I ask Congress to pass a law that states that any legislators, either in Congress or in state legislatures, be held financially accountable when they sponsor and/or write legislation that is obviously as violation of federal law or obviously unconstitutional that result in litigation against the government. The taxpayers of this country should not be forced to pay for legislators playing politics and creating laws that are completely unnecessary and will obviously be overturned by the courts due to conflicts with Federal Law/Court Decisions or the Constitution, both State and Federal. This would include continuous attempts to overturn legislation that has become part of the body of law in this country (ie the House's 57 attempts t0 overturn Obamacare). Taxpayers should not pay for this.
