This petition is a request for the Administration to deny all citizen requests for state secession. All requests for states to secede carry no weight under the law and only serve to undermine the unity of this great country, the United States of America. This interference in the function of both state and federal government does not deserve merit and must be denied. State secession has clearly been deemed an unconstitutional act by the United States Judiciary.
Whether Democrat, Republican, third party or Independent, we are all Americans and are better served by building unity, resolving our differences and building a better nation together. United we stand; divided we fall.
