Do not allow cell phone companies to charge contact cancellation fees when the customer live in a "dead zone' where the phone will not work. We have to go through three companies before we found one that would work in our area. Now we are supposed to pay contract cancellation fees - but it is the company that did not live up to their contractual obligations.
