Refuse to extradite Amanda Knox to Italy. Their justice system is comparable to a kangaroo court w/appealing not guilty.

Italy's system of 'justice' is frankly ridiculous and contrary to the USA. Prosecutors appealing not guilty findings has the net result of innocent persons being harassed to a point where they ultimately end up in prison anyway. We should not willingly subject our citizens to such treatment. This petition has nothing to do with whether she is innocent or guilty. It has to do with her being found guilty, appealing, and prevailing on appeal only to have the Italian prosecutors start the process all over again. It also considers this is likely being done because she is an American citizen at a time when Anti-American sentiment in the world is running high. Say no to extradition of our citizens when a fair due process is absent and double jeopardy is acceptable in a foreign country.
