Refuse the extradition of Amanda Knox if this was a case that would be considered double jeopardy in the US.

Amanda Knox was recently convicted a second time for the same crime in Italy after having her original conviction thrown out on appeal. If this were to happen in the US, it would be a case of double jeopardy and her extradition should be refused (assuming the media has accurately reported the case and this is not a situation where the higher court remanded the case for review).
