Refuse to pardon Hillary Clinton if she is convicted of a felony in her handling of her emails as Secretary of State.

Created by M.F. on February 03, 2016

It appears that the timing of the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's handling of her EMails while Secretary of State, could result in an opportunity for President Obama to pardon her while the Presidential election is still ongoing. If he did this, or promised to do so while the election is still in progress, it would be a gross misuse of his constitutional power for partisan political purposes. To ensure the integrity of the election process President Obama should, at the time of any indictment, publicly commit to not offering a pardon for any conviction in this matter.
