Petition to have the Obama Administration issue a directive to refuse to recognize and enforce foreign court orders that are fraudulently trumped-up against US citizens that support gold-diggers that stole/abducted child from USA in prenatal. These trumped up foreign court orders should be dealt on one-by-one basis and should be exempt from reciprocity agreements based on Hague convention between nations. We the people of the United States of America find this serious loophole in the policy that allows for abuse and exploit by other nations or citizens of other nations. Abducted children in prenatal should be returned to USA without negotiations and foreign nations should be held accountable for nationally sponsored child frauds.
