My Name is Umashankar Adha. I travel my home country in Dec 2010 for my wedding purpose. At that time I was hold approved I-797 in my hand. I need to go for US consulate for stamping purpose as per rules. Once I move infront of Consulate, she even didn't see my face and ask me to submit few more documents, which I submitted, after she told me that she can cancel my visa, I was a bit surprise, is USCIS done some wrong job, so that in other country like India, some US consulate can cancel approved I-797. After that she ask me to submit my all original document and ask me to wait. That day and till today I am waiting and waiting and waiting. No result yet. Due to this funny process, I got kicked out from my project, which was in FedEx My Request to approved my visa and get allow me be Back.
