Delaware like others have no self defense laws. Let's say someone comes at me with a knife and i go and hurt them really bad that they go in the hospital, i would receive penalty. Except in a case with a person with mental health issues to a degree i think that i should not have to worry about how badly i injure someone when they are attempting to murder me.
