Electoral College Reform. Presently, campaigns are limited primarily to those key States having the most Electoral votes, ignoring those States interests that have fewer Electoral votes.
Organize the nation into 3 Geographical Regions, longitude & latitude, running E to W coasts, with North, Central, South zones for a more equal exposure to Candidates. Combine all States Electoral votes from within each zone, awarding total Electoral votes to one Candidate.
Media and time zone differences often can determine a winner before voters in W. States have voted, rendering their votes as inferior. Reform using zones, will not predetermine winners or minimize Western voters.
If 270 Electoral votes cannot be reached by one Candidate, overall national popular vote shall determine a winner.
