Register all citizens to vote automatically and strengthen identity verification methods.

This past presidential election a big concern was voter fraud and both side of the aisle have valid points on this issue but I think a big step towards streamlining the process would be automatically registering all citizens to vote and then institute a voter verification process which doesn't disenfranchise lower income Americans.
