Registered voters who don't vote in Presidential Elections get moved to the front of the line for jury duty.

Created by P.W. on September 24, 2011

People who don't vote in General Elections should be moved to the top of the line for jury duty. This will cause more people to vote in the general elections, which will result in more Americans becoming involved in politics or at the very least getting a higher percentage of people to vote.
