Where ACANA is the only organization in North America to represent the best that the air charter industry has to offer and help maintain the highest ethical standards by providing the best air charter services available in the world and The DOT helps with enforcing certain provisions, it does not seem there are any licensing requirements to be an air charter broker. I petition that to become an air charter broker you must pass licensing requirements and be subject to continuing education.
