Given the countless studies proving Alcohol and Tobacco to be more dangerous than current Schedule 1 Narcotics, they should be regulated as such. Such a reform would allow privatized prisons to be filled and over reaching law enforcement to continue. If we are to govern morals and intrude upon US citizens lives, consistent and fact base legislation should prevail banning the sale, purchase, consumption and possession of alcohol and tobacco.
