All U.S. Congresspersons and U.S. Senators need to be required to work 30 per week for the citizens they represent to be eligible for healthcare paid by U.S. Citizens. This work must be clocked and must be work for the citizens. No hours worked fundraising or campaigning can be in the required hours.
