With keeping to our 2nd Amendment, place restrictions on the sales of ammunition to citizens who use guns only in self defense. Special concern is needed particularly for those individual gun owners who are hunters.
Also, remove the sale of ammunition from retail markets and gun shows. Only gun ranges and /or gun stores will be the only places to purchase ammunition.
Keeping track of ammunition sales, the government can and will limit the amount of ammunition one can buy within an annual basis without special permission i.e. a hunter during hunting season.
Additional ammunition can be purchased and used only at a gun range and not to be removed for the gun range premises.
