Regulate and create humane policies in regards to the use the use of stun guns and tasers in law enforcement.

While introduction and adoption of non-lethal measures has taken law enforcement in a more humane direction as opposed to force and oppression, they have lost their sole attribute in the past years. As released by Amnesty International, the non-lethal means of which has become popular in today's law enforcement arsenal is being abused to the point it is no longer non-lethal, deaths related to tasers and stun-guns has reached over 500. Many of these deaths are due to excessive use of the taser, it isn't uncommon for police to utilize such force 2, 5, or 19 times in some cases. At no point should such actions be necessary, police who exceed a humane level should be held accountable for their actions. Stricter regulations and protocols need to be put in place to help protect society.
