Regulate and Have a Firmer Rules of Qualifications for people using Medicaid. Most Shouldn't Have It. Many Exploit It.

I seriously think something has to be done with Medicaid, if anything needs to have budget cuts; it's not our military or health care (hospitals, clinics) but the actual insurance policies under Medicaid, I'm seeing people that shouldn't be in the program driving around in gas guzzling vehicles, smart phones, brand name merchandise and to top it all of some of them are health care professionals, I recently served a nurse complaining that medicaid only covered a few $ and her copay was only $3.30. She was still on her scrubs driving a pick up truck. We need a much stricter qualification(s) as a requirement to be covered under Medicaid; most of them does not deserve it. We don't need budget cuts, We need to look into programs being exploited. The President's not to blame. It's us Americans.
