Regulate and Oversee Public Housing Authorities to Prevent Abuse of Authority

Human dignity, and human rights for the poor and the elderly are sadly lacking by those who oversee policy in Public Housing Authorities.
Arbitrary decisions by Executive Directors and Housing Directors go unaddressed by any higher authority, and human rights suffer as a direct result. People are ordered about by these entities without logic or reason with no recourse to the abuse of their dignity.
We must petition the White House to put a "protective safety net" in place to monitor the behavior of local housing authorities! Elderly people in senior housing are at the mercy of executive directors who issue invalid commands without any compassion!
