to Regulate and Reform Social Media

My petition is to help law enforcement crack down on cybercrime, and also for the public to get help with their social media problems. Social Media causes two types of problems one problem set is like cyberbullying, cyberstalking, identity theft, harrasment, etc. etc. the second being depression, suicide, loneliness, social isolation, isolation, anxiety,etc. etc. The good thing is these problems are connected if you eliminate one of the problem sets you automatically eliminate the second. It would give either law enforcement, a cybertech/cyber security/computer science/IT Firm, the social media websites, or apps themselves since by existing in the first place they created these problems in the first place, they would get a master login and password to help with both these issues.
