Regulate appropriate items to be bought using Food Stamps/EBT Cards.

To the hard working and honest citizens;
It has come to my attention that the food stamp and EBT system has been corrupted & abused. By no means am I opposed to helping out a struggling family with buying healthy foods while they are in need, but I am opposed to what I see happening with this system of "support" everyday at the grocery store. Do not get me wrong, not every single person has abused the system, but each & everyday there are the people that will buy $100 of alcohol or cigarettes & use a government supported payment to buy food.There are also the people that buy steaks, seafood, or just plain junk food that we for some unknown reason have to support with our tax money. The system has become more of a luxury than a necessity & I believe there need to be some more rules.
