1- Have all people who are interested to buy ammunition
register in National Registry that is set up for this purpose.
2- Grade the ammunition based on their power.
3- Add an insurance premium to a price of each bullet based on its power to=

4- Also people who are interested to buy ammunition should be licensed.
5- Control the quantity, quality and the interval that the
ammunition can be purchase based on its grade.
6- Hold individuals who purchase ammunition fully
responsibe for the safe keep of ammunition in their
possession. Ammunition must be kept in special containers which can only be=

opened by its licensed owner.
