If you add the insurance protection to your contract as most do in case something goes wrong with your phone, you receive either a used or refurbished phone. This is wrong, you paid for brand new working phone you should be given the same as replacement. Also if you have numerous replacements and want to have a different phone you can only get a more inferior phone or buy outright the one you want. No offer to have better or pay difference on new one and a loss on what you paid for faulty one. When purchase of a lemon happens you shouldn't be the one to take the loss. As it stands now you do not get new as replacement and have no choice in the case of multiple problems. Protection of consumer rights must be upheld and deception stopped.
