The costs of childcare are tremendous. Childcare should be affordable in all states. Lower and middle class income families should not have to struggle to pay rising costs. A cap should be in place and/or limits depending on income levels. Employers need to become more family friendly in providing more options for affordable childcare. Regulation will bring about change, independence, better living, and working conditions.
